COVID-19 Response

Cocokitty  is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities.

We hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe during this time. With increasing Government guidance around how to stay safe, we wanted to let you know about everything we are doing to keep you and all of our employees protected during this time.

SHIPPING

We appreciate your patience and understanding with the shipping delays. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, our fulfillment center is experiencing unforeseen delays with processing and shipping orders. With that, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your email for all order updates. We'll send an email to you as items ship, or if there are any order updates.

As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure all deliveries arrive safely. The well-being of our customers is a top priority. All necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of all customers and couriers, including contact-free deliveries. Parcels will be left in a safe place, or if a signature is required, the delivery driver will sign in the presence of the customer at a safe distance.

Additionally, our team is taking extra precautions when handling packages and is equipped with the appropriate cleaning wipes and disinfectants to wipe down high touch point areas within our facility. All team members are required to wear gloves when handling any products or packages. 

Please keep in mind, as there are continuous changes with COVID-19, this may affect shipping times with delivery carriers as well. Please allow additional time for packages to be delivered and set up shipping alerts to notify you as your order is making its way through its journey.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

All orders once placed are finalized, and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Just know that our online services are still in full swing, and we are committed to supporting you during this time.

Our fulfillment centers remain open where permitted by local governments. This enables us to continue serving you, our customers. We appreciate their commitment and are grateful for their dedication. We're continuing to pay close attention to all local regulations and will take steps to remain in alignment with those.
